Foxes Celebrate Ndidi’s Return Despite FA Cup Exit

English Premier League side, Leicester City, has shown delightfulness following the return of injured Super Eagles’ defensive midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, bsnsports.com.ng reports. 

The club, via Twitter stated this shortly after her Friday night FA Cup 2-1 lost to host, Manchester United. Despite the unwanted results, the Foxes took to her social media handle to celebrate the Nigerian who has been sidelined for ten games through a hamstring injury. “Big Wilf is back,” the club captioned on Saturday morning while displaying the midfielder’s image. 

The 28 year-old who captained his side to narrow defeat, was however substituted for Harry Winks in the 58th minutes of the game. 

Ndidi, has however struggled with the Van Nistelrooy side who are currently on the league relegation zone. 

He is believed to further manifest his fitness in next week Premier league clash against title contender, Arsenal.
