NPFL 25: Bendel Insurance Gaffer Targets Victory Against Enyimba

Head Coach of Bendel Insurance, Greg Ikhenoba has set sights on securing an away win over Enyimba FC, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Benin Arsenals will confront the People's Elephant in a match day 19 NPFL duel at the Enyimba Stadium Aba.

Ikhenoba, who encouraged his boys to see themselves as champions that are capable of beating Enyimba urged them not to see the People's Elephants of Aba as giants.

"Do not feel that you are playing for anybody but for yourself and your career. Nothing stops us from winning in Aba. Remove any negative thoughts and fears that you are playing against a big team in their domain.

"We just have to do our very best to get good results in Aba. Let us end the first round on a good note. Winning is possible, depending on our mentality.

"So, I urge you guys to have that winning mentality. We selected you for this battle believing you can deliver, so see yourselves as worthy and ready for the big task."

Insurance FC is currently 16th on the league table with 20 points after three points were deducted from them as punishment for fans' trouble and is facing Enyimba FC on Tuesday, 31st, in their last match of the first round.
