NPFL 25: Injury Rules Out Victor Okoro For Tornadoes' Clash Against Rivers United

Niger Tornadoes defensive midfielder, Victor Okoro will miss Niger Tornadoes match day 28 away clash with Rivers United this weekend due to injury, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

The Enugu-born midfielder, who suffered a knock injury in their 1-0 home defeat to Enyimba FC last weekend, will not be part of the squad that will travel to Port Harcourt for the game on Sunday. 

Victor, who scored his first league goal of the season, in the 2-0 away victory over Lobi Stars, two weeks ago, will be expected to be back for next weekend clash against Nasarawa United.

The hard tackling midfielder, have only missed out in three of Niger Tornadoes' 27 league games this season, and will be a big miss for the side as they face up against second-placed Rivers United.
